Most of our rooms are designed for 2 to 8 players, but the ideal group size is 4 to 6 people. If you’re planning a larger group or a special event, we can accommodate you with multiple rooms or private bookings—just give us a call!
Each escape room experience lasts 60 minutes. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time to sign in and get a brief overview of the game.
All you need to bring is your brain! We’ll provide everything else. There’s no need to bring phones, books, or tools—just your team spirit and a sense of adventure.
Yes! We offer a variety of rooms that are fun and safe for kids, but we recommend players be at least 7 years old to participate. If you’re planning a family outing or bringing younger kids, our staff can help you choose the best room for your group.
Don’t worry! If you don’t manage to escape before time runs out, we’ll let you know how close you came, and you’ll walk away with some fun memories (and maybe a new appreciation for puzzles!).
There’s no specific dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes.

You have 60 minutes to escape! We’ll start the clock once your adventure begins, and you’ll need to work quickly to solve all the puzzles before time runs out. If you need assistance during the game, our staff is always ready to provide hints.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your booking time to ensure you’re ready for your adventure. If you’re running late, and you haven’t called or shown up, it gets canceled and there’s no refund.
There are no upper age limits, and many of our visitors are adults or families. For younger players (under 7), some rooms may be too challenging or intense, so we recommend checking with us to ensure the experience will be suitable for your group. All participants under 15 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

We understand that plans can change! We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly for assistance with rescheduling.
